Please help, I recently synced some music files from my laptop to my nokia 5800 music phone. these were either mp3 falbums of a dvd or downloads from amazon etc which I saved to the harddrive then via windows media player i dragged to the sync list .Everything worked fine until recently but now every time i press the start sync button I get an error message for everything I try to put on my phone.The files aren't hidden so am I missing something file wise ???? This is totally peeing me off now and will donate a tenner if some one can solve it for me!!! Thanks

Thanks guy's.got the icon back but no sound. Also when I download an mp3 from some one say Amazon,what do I have to do to save it then sync it to my phone? It keeps giving me an error message when I drag it over to the sync list :(

Hi I have windows vista basic on a 3 year old Dell Inspiron 1520 laptop.The speaker icon in the bottom right hand corner has vanished and I can't turn the sound up properly when watching videos. How do I get this back? Also when I sync my music to my phone ,sometimes windows media player will not drag the selected track over to the sync box. Why is this? It was doing it before!

No I get it Match!! Problem now is I have lost the little sound icon at the bottom of my laptop and no sound plays on the videos!!!! Any ideas?

Hi newbie here. I have a problem downloading videos from websites such as you tube that has just began.It says I either have Java script turned off or I need to get the latest flash player which I have downloaded several times and installed and I still get the same answer. I have windows vista basic on a Dell 1520 inspiron laptop on 3 mobile broadband and have just upgraded(after the problem started) to IE8.Why has my video viewing come to an end :confused:
