ok...il try!! The file i am trying to remove was set up on an account which is no longer valid "cathy" "cathy" account was deleted due to it being corupt. When i try to remove the file in add/remove...it says: Component transfer error Error: Access is denied I wouldnt normaly mind, but it is software i need to work my camcorder, i cant reinstall the software as it is already installed on PC, but i cant access it either saying that it doesnt exist on PC!!!!! It is showing in the add/remove list but cant do anything with it. I have deleted it from everywhere else that i can access, but still on add/remove list.

Please help!!! I had to delete my administrator accound due to it being corrupt, i now have a new one set up but i am unable to add/remove certain programmes because they wer set up using other account. It always tells me "access denied"!!!!......i am the administrator so why cant i delete the files?????
