    just got a memorex scf9360p scanner. all installed ok but when i try to scan 3 error windows pop up can't get id, cannot enable data source, general failure in response to MSG_CLOSEDS. DG DAT MSG is out of expected sequence. i'm running windows xp home edition service pack 2 i've updated drivers etc and run in compatability for windows 95/98 but no joy. any ideas what to try next. i know the scanner is working as a friend of mine has been using it thanks debby :confused:
