Having recently having virgin media installed i purchased their broadband and connected it all up fine.my pc has never bin connected to the internet before and i thought automatic updates would kick in,They did not so i attempted to do it all manually,i tried media player but it wouldn't connect,so i thought i'd try goin straight to the microsoft website but my browser won't even let me do that,I can go on any other site just fine but none to do with microsoft. Please Help Because I'm Tearing what little hair i have out!!!
