hi hi ive cleaned out the pc, and done updates and downloaded the service pack 3, but it is still the same,i know i need a bigger ram but cant afford a new pc at the moment. is it possible to restore pc to factory settings if so how thankyou paula

slow pc i do my tempory files i have done a defrag & done a disk clean up. theres a few programes in my add and remove as well but they wont unistall it comes up cant open install log. i will open the pc and give it a clean see if that works i havent done it before. thankyou paula
