hello, ty for replying so fast im also very experienced in computers i rarely ever ask for help but i tried to install windows installer and when it gets done it saids finish and then i cant find it no where. #2 CC cleaner i use on a daily basis so that program doesnt work neither so im going try the last program you suggested also if all fails what next??? Hello, I just got from a download Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise when I try to install it this is the error im getting, Error 1316 I am trying to uninstall Office 2000 but I keep getting the error message: Error 1316: A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\\Windows\Installer\Data1.msi Is there a way I can manually uninstall the program? I do not have the disk anymore either. Thanks. Also ive tried using Add and Remove and it still doesn't work to uninstall it... I really need help so i can get my new upgrade to get installed Microsoft office 2007 Enterprise.

Hi, Yes we had issues and this site helped me fix them. I have AVG 8.5 running. but i know theres more installed but nit running. BOB

everything looks ok in the CPU usage she has 4gb ram i see nothin running mad in any processes also she only has 4 startup programs. and im defraging the hard drive now. but maybe we need to see if malware or a virus is on the laptop so whats the next step i need to take... BOB

Hi, I need help!!! I have a Dell Inspiron 1721 laptop AMD 64x2 dual core processor 1.7ghz 4gb ram vista operating system. I cant seem to figure out why the pc is lagging so bad when i try to open programs from a game to firefox... it takes over 7-9 mins just to open firefox or IE.... can anyone help me in trying to solve my pc issues ive tried everything and i really need so help.
