hi there, thanks for replying the numbers that normally appear are 0x000000a (ox000000010, 0x0000002, 0x00000001, 0x805054cb) this does change and different messages appear but this is the most regular. thank you lisa :)

:confused: my pc keeps crashing leaving me a dark blue message with loads of gobbildegook and IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL, i havent used any new hardware can someone please help me its driving me mad...thanks in advance
