Problem - can't record streaming broadcast audio on some software. Details - I'm able to record same via RealPlayer, however I want to be able to schedule recordings, so have downloaded "Cool Record Edit Pro" app. It has a conflict with my Dell SigmaTel audio card. under Troubleshooting, their alert says "Sigmatel Audio card support the "Stereo Mix" input, but in some cases this input may be disabled inside the audio drivers (Dell, Gateway). [i don't even want stero] You can fix this issue installing audio drivers from another vendor - LG, Intel..." They list http://us.lgservicescom/ link with instructions to go to Product Support, Device Driver... However, at the website there is no Device Driver in Product Support. Neither Cool Record nor LG have responded to inquiries. Can anyone assist?
