I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java but it`s still not working.

I just tried to log on to a sports betting site called spreadex and I got this message. We have detected that you have script support disabled. I have uninstalled McAfee I have even done a system restore and it`s still not fixed it. When I go to this commodore64 games website where I first noticed it because the games weren`t working , it now just instantly closes down my browser every time I visit the site. Really weird.

Yes I did. On the same day my Avira anti-virus trial ran out and I installed McAfee. So it is either something to do with Java or McAfee.

Hi, since I updated my Java earlier this week I can`t run many applications that use Java.Any help would be much appreciated
