:D hi lottie do you mean your windows security??, if you do i would say not to use it, and get something better, as most peeps do have trouble with the windows security, its not that good, thats what i say, i do not use mine at all never have, maybe you should try something with a little more clout to protect you, and as jelly says give more info, good luck

yes i tried that but didnt work i have tried everything the only now i can think of is to uninstall zonealarm and get something else, or download in safe mode but im not sure if its a safe thing to do or not or even its possible thanks for you sugesstions appreciate them lolli

hi wolfey its because my internet security has banned the windows update site so i cannot get the updates i need, i have tried to allow it but i upgraded the zonealarm and now i have no idea how to use it, i have looked, but drawn a blank, so i really dont kow what to do, do you have any suggestions? would be grateful thanks lolli
