Thanks for the reply. Are they a standard thing or do I have to get a certain type?

Hi When I start up my PC it beeps twice and I get an error message saying that the time and settings are not correct. They seem to revert back to midnight on the 1st Jan 2000/2002. I went into the bios and changed these as instructed but it does not seem to save the changes. Before this I was changing them in the Time/Date Settings every time I switched on. Can anyone help? matt
