hi again ok i tryed starting in safe mode ans safe mode with networking and safe mode with comand promps and all 3 times it came back with configring updates 3 of 30% xx

hi thankyou for replying the make is e.system el3103 and have no backup disk yes it just keeps coming up saying configring update 3 of 3 0% then it restarts over and says the same thing was doing that over and over for hours my poor son went to bed crying cause it was his birthday and could not use it so any help would be great thankyou again xx

hi iam new and have a problem with my 12 year olds computer it was updating and when it got to configring updates 3 of 3 it stops and turns itself of and on all the time cant get past this if anyone can help you will make a 12 year olds birthday very happy thanks :(
