Hi All Please help. I know it's going to sound very dim, but I am!! I seem to have got in such a mess with my pictures folder. I download my photos alright, then sometimes they don't go into My Pictures file and they just appear on documents list. Also when I send an email and need to attach a set of photos I can't always find them. Normally you just click on your file and you get the thumbnail thingy come up and you can then tick the ones you want to attach. I need to reorganise all the pictures into files or better still into albums. Could you please help a very thick person. Have read loads about files and folders but just cannot seem to organise mine. If anyone can refer me to something I can read which is for proper dummies then I would be so grateful. Thanks all. xx Yvonne

Wolfie, Thanks you soooooo much - will go and have a browse now. I love the phrase "sack" AVG - I actually have. Downloaded it last week, it drove me mad slowing the computer down so much etc ....... and it was only a trial thingy. Yep they are well and truly "sacked"!!!!! Hi Everyone, I was really pleased when I found this forum. I come across lots of problems that I just cannot get to the bottom of when using my computer. I am no expert, I have been using a computer for years - only due to the fact that I used to be a secretary so using a computer was more in the capacity of a typist. I get so annoyed with myself because I don't know enough. It seems when I do try to get to the bottom of problems I have to go through so many different procedures that I get frustrated lol!!! Anyway, I'm a very young 51 year old and just love surfing the web. I use all sorts of message forums, just wish I had more knowlege about web browsing etc. Nice to meet you all.

Hi All I'm loving the look of this forum and it's just what I need. Please please can someone tell me how I can get a "real" free virus removal download. Every single time I download the so called free stuff I get asked to register and then they ask for payment!!! It's so so annoying and not only that I think it should be illegal to advertise that you will provide free virus removal and then ask for payment when it's taken ages to download the damn thing. Very very angry with these companies. I tried AVG which everyone seems to get free and even they wanted money. What goes on??? Would love advice.
