  1. Hi, It's a Dell Inspiron 6000. appreciate any suggestions
  2. Help please. I’m running windows xp home on my laptop. Turned it on yesterday and it’s knackered. I get “Loading PBR2…..done”. Then the XP logo and blue flashes for a few seconds, then a blank screen with an arrow in the middle. The Caps and Number lock lights are on as is the wifi light, I’ve tried the various start-up options (safe mode etc) and run the internal diagnostics which seem to indicate that there is no error with the laptop itself Will a recovery disc, which I don’t have, solve the problem or would I be better off purchasing and reinstalling XP, in which case will I lose all of my Word and Excel documents. I assume that if I can find a bootable cd that I will be able to retrieve any documents and save them onto a flash drive. That being the case can anyone please recommend a site where I can create a bootable CD Thanks
  3. Hi I'm thinking of buying a download form Downloadpipe.com. has anyone used them are they OK ? Appreciate any response
