Does anyone know how to restore the white pop up box that appears when you enter/click on 'Conversations' tab? I clicked close on the box and now I can't get it back. Thanks!

Is it possible to mark a message as unread after you have removed the sender from your conversations list? The message is still visible but the usual 'mark as unread' option is not available on right mouse click. Thanks!

Thank you very very much, I was already in default view but whenever I accessed conversation history I could not get my 'clouds' back but having checked this morning they are back :) Have a sunny day!

Hey all, new to the forum and to Skype as you will probs guess from my question. Skype V4 - my original homescreen view in the right hand pane has disappeared and my only screen view options appear to be Call Phones, Directory or Shop options. Can you advise how I 'reactivate' the plain blue pane (with the clouds on :) Many thanks
