Yes I have looked at the help page it mentioned about spyware which is why I did a windows defender check.

Can you tell me how to open a program that won't load? I am trying to get my son into the club penguin site which he has opened before but now can't get it to work, it simply says logging in but never actually does anything. I have run a windows defender program and this came up with no problems.
