Hi yes we are but whilst i was a work my sky software has been uninstalled from my lap top and all my settings changed!!! now i can only get on using the cable!!! but seriously how to resolve the original problem? thanks x

Hi I have a new Toshiba laptop (vista). It is about 2/3 weeks old and yesterday I switched on to discover that I have a "Google End Licence Agreement" box stuck on the desktop, It has no x box to close it and the actual box say internet explorer cannot display the page. I cant get rid of it, and have to move it as far down the screen as I can so I can use the internet etc. Any ideas? I have not had any other faults with the laptop? Thanks

Hi I have a problem woth my sky broadband...I have a new windows vista laptop, on which i installed the sky broadband intsallation disc...I can use the internet no problem. However, my housemate, who is on windows xp lap top is having trouble connecting to the internet, if she does get on it kicks her off again or is very slow.....The thing is that if she takes the laptop anywhere else she can get on no problem. I have not touched any settings on my laptop so as far as I know she should not be blocked, for some reason the sky internet only wants to let me on....any ideas?
