I cannot access a floppy. Message states access denied may not be formatted. This floppy has all my personal and business letters on it. How can I break the block?

I have AVG Free on my computer but would like to remove it. Is it safe to do this. Years ago when I tried to delete AOL there were all sorts of problems. Is the same thing likely to happen if I remove AVG? Elizabeth:rolleyes:

Hi Folks, Been a member for less than a day and have already received great help, have also made several mistakes - hijacked someone else's post for starter!! Hopefully I'll get better. I have 26 emails trying to get through but there is a blockage at number 15. I think it may be because someone has sent me a video clip but as I am only dial-up this is too big for me and it won't download, so all emails past that are stuck as well. Is there a solution?
