hi its now stoped on the first screen that says platinum where you have the option of press tab to switch to post or del to run bios setup. It wont do anything its just frozen on that thanks for the help man any thoughts ?

hi my problem is that my monitor goes blank and the green light on the front flashes. The only thing i can do is to switch off the pc and then on again. things ive tried 1 change monitor still does it . 2 change my graphics card still does it . i know its not getting too hot as it will do it as soon as i turn the pc on in the morning. there is no set time for it to go off it might last 3hrs or 3mins it plays team fortress 2 no problems then it just goes blank even when its not doing anything at all . checked all conections theres no problem. i hope someone can help please. This is what my system is ....... AMD athlon 64 prosseser 3000+ 2.01ghz 125 gb ram phisical address extention ATI sapphire hd 2400 pro graphics card samsung syncmaster 913n monitor
