i hope i am in the right place cos i'm new to this I am having problems with my brand new laptop (bought 2 days ago) dell inspiron mini (on windows XP) and trying to get it connected to the internet. I have a wireless router plus a dongle (cos i thought it might help) I am getting 100% wireless signal for talktalk on my laptop (plus another 2 for BT which are not my network) and the laptop says i am connected, however when i click the "e" to connect it says the web page cannot be viewed as there is no internet connection. I have wireless internet on my pc although it is connected most of the time using the ethernet cable and dont tend to have many problems. help! carla
