pc help Many thanks really appreciate your help on this...and will do as advised as soon as I can...unfortunately in the middle of a picture project so making do...but when time ermits will follow this through. Again my thanks ...brilliant...

thanks Many thanks and think you are right. I did pay someone to do it but they cant find anything wrong with the hard ware. The original location of software and OS was an 80gb hdd...this was copied I assume to the 250gb hdd I assume this was straightforward enough. however they have had a crack at it twice and found no fault... so what am I to do...given the fault is intermittent. When the system locks the light on the front of the tower stays on...only going off after it frees up. I de fraged, scan disced etc tried disconnecting one of the 500 hdd after the other still cant nail it. I could take it back but whats the point...unless I can demo it on site there ...but it might work for hours or like last night froze 3 times in an hour. software wise I had explorer on but use firefox instead...ps7 cs3 nikon nx2...but I do pictures so software essential. Hi I have a pc thus OS XP Home 80gb and 250 gb hdd I then had the 80gb taken out and the os and all software transfered to the 250 gb and also had 2 x 500gb hdd installed. 554 (think they were ) ram were replaced with 667 total 4 gb However minx that it is she will sometimes stall. Example when trying to send a picture by outlook express and sometimes in Photoshop it will freeze in the dialogue box..that allows you to open the picture to send or work on......go away for 5 minutes she unfreezes. Very frustrating.....but why does it not work like it did before..which was ok Has anyone exprerienced this problem?
