    It isn't located in the Disk Management. I can see it in device manager in control panel under USB Mass storage device.

    Hi, I have a laptop hard drive which I need to recover files from, the laptop is broken so I bought a hard drive caddy so I can plug it into my PC via USB. When I plug it in, it detects the hard drive fine, and it is in the list of devices, but it will not show up in My Computer, so I cannot access the files on it. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.
