you'd better uninstall the previous version and delete the folder where it installed. Restart your computer. Then download and install the latest version of pdf reader. good luck!

iWisoft swf to video converter can do it well. but it's not freeware. It costs $49. But it has free trial version. I think it's the best swf to avi conversion tool I have tested. good output video and audio quality, simple to use!
