hi randy my pc is an acer aspire t120.why is the pc just beeping for by the way?

hi / i recently tried to reinstall vista but pc froze half way through instalation so i restarted pc now it wont boot up at all and there is just a beep evry 15 seconds or something and nothin on monitor just black screen.anyone got any ideas what the problem is ? thanks.
