Hi Same problem. I shut down on Friday and when I restarted today (Sat 10/24) it all started fine. Then I got an error message in windows, but before I could read it I got the blue screen saying there was a problem and windows was shut down to prevent damage. When I try to restart I get the same message as you (safe mode just gives me a blank blue screen). I think it might have to do with a windows update. Last week Windows installed an update, but I needed to restart the computer. I had been hibernating till Friday's shut down. When I restarted I think it finished the install and thats when I got the error and shut down. Did you also have a recent windows update? The kicker is, I cannt get in to uninstall. Any luck on your end?
