Im running Windows XP Media Center Edition and really it has been right since I installed a new hard drive but now all of a sudden it just restarted on its own and when it rebooted the hard drive was constantly working even with no programs running, its running really slow, it keeps freezing when I get on firefox or IE Im in Safe Mode with networking right now Dont Know where to start to fix it
