Hi,
I bought all of the components for a new pc a little while ago to build a new system from scratch. I installed all the hardware, and turned the machine on, and the power flickers on and off constantly, about 4 or 5 times a second. I figured it must be the power supply so I sent the power supply back and bought a new one. I have just installed it and the problem still occurs. I can't boot or anything. The LED's on the motherboard flicker on and off with the power. I can only imagine it is a problem to do with the motherboard as nothing else in the machine could cause this problem. It affects attached lights, DVD drive, fans, graphics card... everything. I have uploaded a video to http://www.tomstaples.org/VIDEO0002.3gp which shows what I mean. Please let me know what could be going wrong... I am desperate to sort this issue out!
