  1. Thanks for the suggestion - I'll try that. The exact problem is that the list of contacts visible in the 'contacts' pane of Outlook Express does not show cyrillic names AS cyrillic names. Instead, it just turns them into unreadable symbols. I have a feeling it is a more general problem, not specific to OE. So I'll try the font list, but shouldn't Windows XP take care of that when I add a language?
  2. You know the windows, or 'panes' it is divided up into? Well take the 'contacts' pane, for example. If there is a name in the list written in cyrillic, it appears as rubbish. Likewise with the subject line of an incoming email. How can I get Outlook Express to display cyrillic characters in such locations? Thanks. Sorry, I was referring to Outlook Express.
