hi First of al i want to know which windows you use? if you use XP HomeEdition, I have some tips, It maybe helps you! First of al you must delete Windows Messenger NOT LIVE MESSENGER!!! And Also Delete MSN Explore from your PC. If u can`t find the both softwares in Controlpanel or don`t how u do delete it, then follow constructions below: Go to controlpanel click on Software click left on screen on Add/Remove Windows component there seems a window with wizard windows components Now you must Remove MSN Explorer and Windows Messenger from list. And restart your Computer. And Go once agian to Add/Remove Windows component, now you must add MSN explorer and Windows Messenger in that list. it works 100% sure. And if u can`t add MSN explorer and windows Messenger agian, add them from your Windows Xp Disk. Or You can download them from below Websites.
