I have a new webcam, Logitech c250. My Os is vista home premium When the computer is put on any skype speach will be at very high speed,this is in a test or call situation. After this all speach works fine untill the computer is turned off and on again. I havd a microsoft webcam and this never gave me a problem. Regards.
