Hi all My name is Ally (hoverfrog comes from a computer course I did with the OU some time ago). I have some experience and will help whenever I can but I usually feel in need of help more often than not. This site has given me a warm feeling inside - hopefully the inclination to throw my computer through the nearest window will happen less frequently now! Looking forward to using this site, Ally
