hi folks. I cannot access btyahoo on my laptop- i get"diagnose problems" instead which does not diagnose any of course!i cannot get hotmail access. I cannot get my email via outlook express cos I cannot remember my password from my pc. Hence I cannot forward my macaffee anitivirus to use download on that since cannot forward it to an address on my old laptop to safe guard the laptop. Any help offered please? I am on wireless braodband for laptop if of any use! Thanks for any help!! Eileen xx
