sorted Thanks for youe response my pc has been sorted out by a friend i dont know what he did but he has cured it but thank you for trying to help.

I have multiple problems with my pc and i want to restore it to its factory settings but my system restore is turned off and it wont let me turn it on, i tried pressing f11 repeatedly on start up but the page opened up saying that i need to contact my administrator or the computer manufaturer for a windows 7 home premium disc. I am running a Hp pavillion g4 notebook pc with windows 7 home premium, service pack1 processor AMD-E2-3000APU with Radeon HD graphics 1.80GHz memory 4.00Gb 64 bit system. Please can anyone help.:mad:

I have a system restore installed but i have tried that as to the 2 you suggested no i dont have either. Thanks again.

Thanks for your help, i did as you suggested but the scan found some corrupt files that it could not repair, which ones they were i do not know, do you know how to locate these files and repair them.

How can i repair an error message that says that my sti.dll create is missing, i am running windows vista.:(

i cant burn cd's in itunes ever since i downloaded itunes 9.0 i have re installed itunes 4 times now but i get a message saying that i cant burn cd's please re install itunes. I am running vista home premium.
