would combofix.exe work for windows vista businese because i dont have xp pro or xp

:(please help i have a problem with my browser sear like google search. when i put a url in the address bar the site comes up but when i search google or ask and then click on something this error comes with blank first then the url changes to shop.xittle.co.uk and then this shopping site comes up for every search. this happens in my fire fox and internet explorer 8
