Hi, I´ve got a similar problem. The PC is a Samsung R60plus (Windows XP). When we enter our password the PC shuts down and starts again. When I try to start in safe mode it gives me this error messages: StartService failure!: Unknown 1084 and Unable to install driver But I can´t go into the safe mode. We need help, urgent.
