Yesterday I was connected up to Virgin cable broadband and successfully connected my PC to the wireless router they supplied. But when I went to add my wife's laptop to the new network I found that I couldn't access the internet despite being successfully connected to the new wireless router. I've tried connecting directly via an ethernet cable but still no internet.
I have surmised that it must be a setting on the laptop, though one that has kicked in over the last couple of weeks because it had been working fine on BT broadband.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
