Babygee

A month or so back I placed my laptop on the ground overnight (sideways so it could cool down after a very long essay had heated it up) and I placed it CD drive side down.. when I returned to it the next day, the CD drive fell out. It was pushed back in and it continued to work. Until today when my Sims 3 World Adventures came, I put the CD in and the light came up and the normal mechanical noises were made.. but nothing happened. Im not sure on the next part but im sure that the drive doesnt show in My Computer. Ive been waiting a fortnight on this game and was really gutted so help would be appreciated rather alot. Im not sure if this is its make but it says Fujitsu Siemens Amilo on the laptop itself? and I use Vista and Im presumming it Vista basic if any of that is helpful hellllpp :confused: Babygee x
