MONITOR PROBLEM.............. SIR WHEN I START MY COMPUTER THE SCREEN IS VERY BLUR OR BLACK AT STARTING AND IT TAKE 30-40 MINUTE TIME TO CLEAR DISPLAY. WHAT I DO. THIS IS MONITOR PROBLEM OR CPU. MY SYSTEM CONFIG IS 40GB HDD INTEL 1.7gHZ PROCESSOR 256 RAM SAMSUNG MONITOR

my problem is yhat i am using win xp, having drive C:,D:,E: i format C: drive, and i tried to install win xpbut i get error"disk boot failure,insert system disk and press enter" until i check fist boot device as cdrom and insert cd after this m/g. but i am not fixing this problem plz help me. i have more important data in D:,E: drive so i can't format my HDD completely. PLZ give me right advice.........
