I have dell inspiron 1501 laptop a couple of years old but hardly ever used. I get an endless hour glass after logging on. I can boot into safe mode without problem. I have twice performed the dell factory image restore, updated windows including SP1. I don't have the vista reinstallation disk but i do have an XP professional disk. What are my options here, I suspect a driver issue? the computer was purchased in dec 2007. thanks Ron
