ahh we posted same time b4,cheers, done the screen now, seems to small now lol, but missus says its as it was. what's with the security check saying the java is out of date? i only just installed it.

ok, i have removed CA eTrust Antivirus, through control panel. all updates done, but same problem with window, everything is bigger than normal.

i did, but it didnt finish, it crashed, after posting on here last night i tried again and all updates finished and are done now, my screen issue is the same and need to change the Zoom to 88%, the fonts and toolbars are a little bigger too

Hi again, im trying to set the pc up with all the updates, thought i done it all, then i have come accross a few problems, an online game i play is not the same quality, some of the writing is a bit blured and part of the game that needs java/flash doesnt work as if i dont have java/flash,they were 2 of the things i downloaded, and now i need to scroll right on the page where i didnt before, my missus was on facebook and had the same problem with the scroll right, and she also had a note on facebook saying that she has the old internet explorer and should get windows 8. so we went throught the steps to update and while the update/download it got to a stage where it stopped without finishing, it wouldnt cancel and couldnt close the box either, was as if it crashed.

i installed the 1st one, it finished while i was busy and no messages, its running and im now protected, thanks verry much, i will get the missus to donate through her paypall to help the aid to keep this site running. thanks and im sure ill be back,:).

im not really sure what i have, a month or so ago i did Restart my computer to the settings that it had when i bought the PC, it was recomended only as a last resort. things started going wrong when a kodak camra device file was installed, i had error messages with information on the problem and kodak was in it, since then i started deleting things to try and speed up the pc and think i deleted something i shouldnt have, which is when these other problems started, i was unable to go into any of the files in ''Control Panel'' i kept getting error messages saying they cant find a certain file, so thats when i done a master reset to recover deleted files. this is the error i have at the moment when trying to install my Dongle Upgrade. ''The current version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate.'' is there a suitable time for me tobe online to comunicate with you, or just check a few times a day?
