Hi I used this site before and you were very helpfull - does anyone know how I get the pics (and vid ) off My fone onto my PC - ? - i PLUGGED IN THE WIRE FROM MY PHONE AND GOT THE "BUMP" NOISE. But now I dont know what to do ???? - I can see the pics on my Samsung Gallaxy OK but I,d like to see them BIG on my computer ??? My P.C. is Vista (I think ?) and my phone is a Samsung galaxy mini . any help very gratefully recieved.

No no hackers , its off my mate, she uplodaed it so I know who its from - and all my other friends are comenting on it WITHOUT having to go through youtube - so why is my computer diferent - Thanks nev but I dont think thats it . anyone else on here know how to get flash player to work on FB ? cant be that difficult.surely .Bear in mind Im useless with computers.

Hi my computer runs windows vista - I want to watch some film my friend has uploaded to face book from his phone - when I clicked on it a notice popped up saying I needed flash player ? - So I went to gooogle , down loaded Flsh player - ticked all the boxes and accepted all the agreements - I then went back on to face book , and tried again - but same thing happened ,??? what am I doin wrong ??

CHEEEEERS :D Appears to have all gone OK - faster opening , and Its seeing the remote mouse and keyboard again like it used to. Will run it over the weekend and check back if any probs - but all went like clockwork , thanx ;)

Hi how do I remove Mcaffee home internet security - from my PC . I no longer have the orig disk and serial numbers - Do I need to download a program to remove it ?. I run windows home vista.

Hi - Thanx for all the brilliant and helpfull replies , Particularly the avast . But I,m having uninstalling the Mcaffee any tips or help on uninstalling Mcaffee much apreciated. I run windows Vista home basic - P.S. please excuse the long interval between me asking my orig question and acting upon your answers but it ran Ok for a while , but lately its getting unbearable. Hi , I really need help with my computer – Ive had help off this site before and know you lot know your stuff , so heres my problem . I think Ive wrecked my computer by putting anti viruses on to it ??? the faults with it are 1/ frustratingly slow operation – with pale blue circle “thinking time “ icon spinning for ages 2/ a pale fogging screen with ghosting images when 2 or more windows are open 3/ pages and sites all struggling to open then POW they all open at once and I get 5 seconds of normal use then back into slow gear again. The Reason could be..... 1/ I have a anti malware programme running “Malware Bytes Database ? 2/ I also have Mcaffee 2011 running (or trying to , because it keeps jumping from RED at risk warning real time scanning is off – to Green OK your computer is secure) It was OK before Mcafee so thats probly where the fault lies – but if I uninstall Mcaffee or the malware I wont be peotected – So what should I do ? The Mcafee was the last go of 3 on the disk – so does that mean I,ll have to spend £30 to buy more anti virus ? I don’t really want to if it aint gonna be compatable. Is there anyway to get these two to run quickly and keep me secure . What should I do ??? My operating system is windows vista home . Thanks chris. P.S. It does get faster after initial start up -

eventually found a page with "set associations for a programme" written at the top - was that wot your on about ....if it was the box for internet shortcut was already ticked !!!!! thanx anyway but I,ll just have to type facebook into the google page every time - its easyer than all this fannying about- cheers.

Hi I want to put facebook on my desktop - but when I save it to desktop then try to open it from there it just "BOINK" & computer sez NO!!! I run windows vista home basic. Does it wiv hotmail as well - but I can do it if I oopen GOOGLE then write FACEBOOK in the search box.....then click ,...then click on the drop down linK.. yadah yadah ........... gota be a quicker way ?

how big a job is it to have one of the soundcards you mentioned fitted ?
