i have a packard bell easynote tj68 with windows 7 . after my free period of norton antivirus had expired i downloaded a free antivirus from download.com pctools program tried to install it it failed to do. So i then deleted it from my pc and since then i am unable to connect to the internet via the 32bit explorer only the 64bit it will not complete a system restore can anyone help
