there was a small red switch underneath the power pack on my computer, and it said 115 or 230, when i changed it to 230 to see if it would solve my constant computer hardware failure, i turned it on and it made a noise and then failed, now it wont even turn on when i put the switch back to the original 115. has a fuse broken or it short circuited or something? your help would be really appreciated
