Hi guys, I hae a Packard Bell Imedia S2310. Great machine except there is no manual way of opening the Cd drawer ( button, staple hole etc) which is a bit of a let down. Any way, I was burning a disc and it failed. Since then I cannot get the drawer open to get the disc out. The only way I can open the drawer anyway is Start>Computer>DVD RW Drive but all that does now is cause Windows Explorer to stop responding. Can any of you guys help me? Thanks.
