hey jelly bean I think its corrupted files from the malware but once my laptop has finished the clean up and the scan i'll try what ypu've told me to do I'm downlaoding System Update Readiness Tool (KB947821) would this be any help because i was reading up on microsoft and this seems to be one of the best solutions i can find that do you think?

Yeah i used to and i got rid of them i got rid.I'll give it a shoot thanks. Any ideas how to fix install reg cause i unistalled my services packs and tryed re-installing them and gir a 800ffff error any advice?
