Weird.. I turned it on so I could take a picture of the screen it froze on to show you, and it's working now. I'm not sure at all what happened or why, but it seems to be working fine. Thank you though, for trying to help :)

No, I mean a System Restore. It's an HP Pavillion dv6000. It's a laptop. It didn't come with them, so no. I can't get into them. If I hit the button before it freezes, it will say "please wait" but it freezes before I can get into either of them.

Hi, I tried to do a System Restore yesterday, and when I did it went through all the steps like normal, but after it restarted, it completely stopped working on the page that tells me to press esc to change boot order and press f10 to enter setup so I turned it off. When I turned it back on this morning, it did the same thing, and every time I've tried it still does it. I don't think it freezes, I just think it stops working. If I'm quick enough, I can get it to try to go into the boot order thing or setup, but it still just stops working.
