hey nev yea i upgraded from windows vista to win 7! i have checked and the drivers are up to date? how do i delete a driver? and reboot?

hello i have just upgraded my packard bell notebook. it seems to have worked apart from the built in microphone isnt working anymore. the computer recognises it and it is deffinately installed. i have checked the drivers and they are up to date. any help would be gratefully received thanks
