having problems signing into my pc. screen is now green and it will not let me imput and letters in the password slot. any help appreciated thanks.

when i open my pc home page it asks me for my name and msn messenger passwod and i have no way of changing it as it wont let me log in. any help appeaciated,thnaks :)it asks me for my passwords so i can change in and uses internert bangking is im running ot of money....very friustratin. but it keeps rejectiing it, kapkhoponkhrap :) thnaks for any help/
