sorted It seems that after 219 days Orange auto cancel the account,you then need to re install. very quick reply from their tech dept,pleased that at least now I shall print out all important coms and address info. Thanks for your reply and suggestion:)

When I moved from orange to talktalk I kept the web mail as it is good and both my web site and all customers/friends have th address. Three days agoie8 came back with a message that""cannot display the web page although the orange home page came up. Tried full virus scan and all the usual, then downloaded firefox,they could not access as they thought it may be another accessing my web mail...Virus?. neither TT or orange can offer a solution.....HELP.:eek:
