I run Vista Home Premium 32 bit, with the latest updates installed. Recent USB devices (mp3 player, card reader etc) I've bought prompt Windows to ask for drivers which aren't required. The manufacturers tell me no driver is needed, but Windows doesn't recognise the devices without one. The devices install fine on other Windows computers, and the USB ports on my laptop are OK with older devices such as my mouse. Any ideas, please?
